  • 1. Q: When will you have a complete list of speakers and the conference schedule/program?

    A: We are lining up speakers and planning the schedule and will publish that information as soon as we have it finalized. Please check back to the Conference Main Page for announcements regarding current information along with downloadable PDF’s that can be viewed and printed.

  • 1. PAYPAL

    Q: Why is PayPal requesting personal information from me in order to pay with a credit card?

    A: PayPal has changed its policies and will request information that would have you establish a PayPal account with them. You do not have to finalize an account with them but must give some information in order to use your credit card if you donnot have an account. TGSA uses PayPal which is not charging us to use but allows us to keep our monthly expenditures to a minimum.

    Also, click on the red "Click Here Now" button on the Registration page for what to expect when paying with a Debit or Credit Card.

    2. MENU SUBSTITUTIONS

    Q: Can I substitute other vegetables or request no spices with any of the meals for the Banquet?

    A: The hotel gave us only three choices. It is unlikely they will include substitutions because they cook in batches. We cannot promise that the Hotel will allow any substitutions. If you have a dietary concern, please include it in the Dietary Concern box on the registration form.

    We will be monitoring the all Dietary Concerns and if we get enough of them will request a separate batch of similar concerns.

    3. CONFERENCE TICKET CANCELLATION

    Q: Can I cancel my Conference Registration in the event of an emergency?

    A: No. We will not be issuing any refunds. This is clearly stated on the website as a DISCLOSURE above the Ticket Type column. You might want to wait to purchase your ticket until closer to the Conference date, however your best rate is before June 1, 2025.

  • 1. PARKING

    Q: When I go to the Hotel website, it states that parking is $12/day and no breakfast is available, but your email stated otherwise. Why is that?

    A: You need to go to Conference Hotel page, read and follow the links provided in order to register with the special rates and amenities arranged for TGSA Conference attendees. You can call or phone. Going through the Hotel website outside of these instructions will not provide you with the special rates.

    2. OCCUPANCY

    Q: How many people can I share my room with?

    A: The 2 Room Suite-1 King bed sleeps 4. The 2 Room Suite-2 Queen beds sleeps 6. There is no additional charge for multiple guests.

    3. SPECIAL RATE DEADLINE

    Q: Is there a deadline in order to get the special room rates?

    A: No. But the cut-off is midnight August 26th, 2025. We had to book a block of rooms at that rate and when they all have been booked, we may not be able to offer the same discount. The sooner you book your room the greater the chance you will get the reduced rate along with all the amenities.

    4. EXTRA CHARGES ON MY BILL

    Q: What if I get charged for parking or breakfast?

    A: Be sure to use the TGSA Code for the Conference when booking and save any receipts that will distinguish you as a guest that is registered with the Conference. Review your bill carefully for all charges before you check out to verify you have not been overcharged. Refer back to the Conference Hotel page on the website for a list of all amenities along with Check-In/Check-Out times.

    5. CANCELLATION POLICY

    Q: What if I have to cancel my reservation?

    A: You can cancel without a charge up to 11:59 PM on Sept. 23rd, 2025 local hotel time. Please refer to the Conference Hotel page for the Cancellation Policy and additional details.
