PayPal Notice: TGSA uses PayPal to process payments. PayPal is frequently updating its policies and the order of the process may have changed as you read this.

If you do not have a PayPal account and wish to pay with a Debit or Credit Card . You will be presented with one of 2 options: 1) Use Guest Checkout, 2) Create an account. The first is preferable but once presented with the Create an Account option, it is a business policy of PayPal that is annoying but allows PayPal to identify you in the future if you choose to use a Credit or Debit card.
Here’s one explanation: PayPal as a business does make an effort to create new accounts. By using cookies on the user's browser, PayPal will check to see if the buyer has used the guest checkout multiple times. If so, they will remove the option and require the buyer to create a PayPal account.

  • June 1st through August 31, 2025:  $125

  • Sept 1st through 26th, 2025:               $150
